Rule 39N
Determining the process of land encroachment
Government of Nepal may adopt the following procedures while conducting the encroachment program:- (a) By leasing among themselves, (b) By farming jointly through cooperative or community system, (c) By leasing, (d) Government of Nepal Or by taking land and distributing it by the local body, (e) By arranging for large cultivation by one person.
